For uncontested divorces involving community assets, debts, minor children, child custody, child support, and/or spousal support. We prepare all required court forms. You file with the court and arrange service. Instructions for service and Proof of Service included.

For uncontested divorces involving assets, debts, children, custody, child support, and spousal support. Includes preparation of all court forms, marital settlement agreement (if requested), court filing, and service via mail or acknowledgment through our secure document portal. File-endorsed copies provided through the client portal.

Court Appearances

In most uncontested situations, no court appearances are required. Your family law case can be completed without a court appearance. However, if the court or judge requires you to appear in court, you must appear.
